My name is Marc Warshawsky and I am a Real Estate Broker Associate with Compass in Breckenridge CO and a Sales Associate also with Compass in the Bradenton-Sarasota area in Florida.
With over 15 years of experience as a residential specialist working with buyers, sellers, and investors, I specialize in Luxury 2nd homes and investment properties in both the Colorado mountain and Florida beach markets. Being an active investor I have personal experience with my own investments as well as with those of my clients wanting to assess potential investment opportunities.
In Colorado, my focus is primarily in the greater Breckenridge area including Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone and Copper Mountain.
In Florida, my focus is primarily in the Bradenton-Sarasota area, with a special focus on the Barrier Islands, including Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Lido and Siesta Keys, and St. Armands Circle.
My wife and I split our time between our mountain and beach homes in Colorado and Florida, and we couldn’t imagine a better combination.
